Verify an OSHA Outreach Training Certificate
Every certificate issued by Sentinel Safety ships with a short URL that looks like /verify/<token>. Open the link to confirm the trainee, the course, the completion date, and the supervisor on record — without an account or login.
How verification works
What you need to do — and what we deliberately do NOT show.
The certificate holder shares the /verify/<token> link with the requesting party — typically an employer, prime contractor, state plan, or union organizer. The page that loads shows:
- Trainee name
- Course title and course ID
- Completion date
- Per-course certificate number
- Supervisor name and title
Trainee email addresses are NOT exposed — verification is meant for compliance and trust, not to redistribute personal contact info. If you need a record that includes the trainee email, contact the issuer directly.
